2 oz Don Q Añejo Rum
1 oz Lustau Oloroso Sherry
3/4 oz Orange Juice
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
