Deep Blue Sea

2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
3/4 oz Cocchi Americano
1/4 oz Violet Liqueur (Rothman & Winter Violette)
2 dash Orange Bitters (Regan’s)

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
