1/2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon (Evan Williams Bonded)
1/2 oz Calvados (Morin Selection)
1/2 oz Hine H Cognac (Pierre Ferrand 1840)
1 tsp 2:1 Demerara Syrup (1/4 oz 1:1)
2 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Bittermens Mole Bitters (Angostura Cocoa)
Stir with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass with a large ice cube (build in an old fashioned glass, add a large ice cube, and stir). Garnish with a lemon twist and an orange twist.
