1 1/2 oz Manzanilla Sherry (Lustau Fino)
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 dash Celery Bitters (Housemade)

Build in a double old fashioned glass, add a large ice cube, and stir to mix and chill. Garnish with a pinch of salt.
