1 oz Macchu Pisco
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Cinnamon-Honey Syrup (*)
6 dash Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a spritz of mezcal.
(*) Sub either all cinnamon syrup or 1/4 oz each cinnamon and honey syrup in a pinch.
