Stir in mixing glass with ice & strain
2 oz sweet vermouth (6 cl, 1/2 gills)
1/2 oz Fernet Branca (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

Stir with ice and strain
1/4 lemon juice. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/4 Cointreau. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/2 Calvados. (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
Mix in ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

Display in:
60 ml Ketel One Vodka
2 spoon Runny honey
15 ml Aperol Aperitivo
15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fresh Egg white
Method:
STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve. Add other ingredients and DRY SHAKE (without ice). SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
The richness and flavour of honey along with the distinctive taste of Aperol jointly balance lemon citrus notes in this majestic vodka-based drink.
Origin:
Discovered in 2010 at Eclipse Bar, Barcelona, Spain. Aperol is consumed like water by Venetians hence this drink is aptly named.

3/4 oz cherry flavored brandy (2 cl, 3/16 gills)
2 1/2 oz orange juice (7.5 cl, 5/8 gills)
Fill with ginger beer, ice
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
Жидковато и не влезло всё в бокал. Не айс (
