вот такой рецепт с КокДб

1/2 oz Galliano (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 1/2 oz light rum (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 oz triple sec (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 oz fresh lime juice (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

а вот с книжки гальянной.

5ml GallianoL’Autentico
5ml light rum (Бакарди)
5ml triple sec (Аурум)
20ml freshly squeezedlime juice

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a Marie Antoinette coupe.
Garnish with a lime spider.

Не супер, но в принципе в фаворе )

15ml GallianoL’Autentico
45ml tequila blanco (Aha Toro)
20ml fresh lime juice
Dash of grapefruit bitters
Teaspoon of dicedfresh ginger

Press the ginger in a Boston glass. Freshly squeeze the lime and add along with the rest of the ingredients into the Boston. Add ice and shake hard and fast. Strain into a rocks glass and add
crushed ice. Garnish with lime zest.

Неплохо, счастливым гальянным обладателям рекомендовано.

A slice of fresh orange
A sprig of fresh mint
A vanilla stick

Ванилла стик есть, только жалко её стало, всё таки с Доминиканы, красивенькая, а потом в метро за 40 р увидел, но всё уже было кончено (

Galliajito & Nirvana — Gallons Of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through The Strip


Доброго Всем вечера, Уважаемые!

Изыскано на страницах гальянной книжонки.

Galliajito

25ml GallianoL’Autentico
1 small piece ofginger peeled
2 spoons ofcaster sugar
6 fresh mint leaves
25ml amber rum (Эпплтон)
15ml lime juice
Soda water

For the garnish;2 sprigs of fresh mint
4 fresh ginger sticks

Muddle the gingerpiece, lime juice, mint
and caster sugar in atumbler. Add cracked ice. Pour in the Galliano and rum. Top up with soda water.
Stir gently. Garnish with 2 sprigs of fresh mint and4 sticks of fresh ginger

Супер, но имбиря переборщил. Хлопотно, но результат достойный.

Galliano Manhattan & Led Zeppelin — Gallows pole

Ан, нет есть ещё в черновиках пара гальянных рецептов.

Galliano Manhattan

20ml GallianoL’Autentico
20ml bourbon (Makers)
10ml vermouth rosso (мартеллетти)
10ml Campari bitters
1bsp fresh lemon juice

Stir all the ingredients with ice cubes in a mixing glass and
double (fine) strain into a Cocktail (Martini) glass. Squeeze the
oils from an orange peel on the top of the cocktail and add
orange peel into cocktail.

Интересное сочетание горчинки и сладости? рекомендовано.
Вот тут видно, ножка бокала пересвечена и нередактирована локальным затемнением кистью в лайтруме, как обычно

Вроде как впервые на арене )
