1/2 oz Carpano Antica
1/4 oz Punt e Mes
Stir with ice and strain into a wine glass. Garnish with grapefruit oil.
(*) In a pinch, perhaps another alpine amaro like Fernet or S. Maria al Monte would do.

Shake once without and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.

(*) I suggested upping this to a 1/4 oz.
