3/4 oz Averna
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth (Cocchi)
3/4 oz Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
6 drop Bittermens Burlesque Bitters
12 drop Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate (Doc Elliot’s Orange Bitters)
Stir with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with two ice cubes, garnish with 2-3 drop more orange citrate, and add a splash of soda water (omit).

Stir with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with lemon and orange twists.
Состав благородный весьма, но как то обыденно, хоть и под настроение. Наверное, хин-хина излишне сладкая
