1/4 jigger Sweet Vermouth (3/4 oz Cocchi)
1 dash Curaçao (1/4 oz Copper & Kings)
1 dash Absinthe (1 scant bsp Butterfly)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
2 dash Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

½ cup (125ml) Malibu liquor
2/3 (160ml) cup Pineapple Juice
2/3 (160ml) cup Coconut Cream
¼ (60ml) fresh lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
Fill your glass with ice
Build the ingredients and float the coconut cream on top
Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.
