Golden Trim Size & Alice Cooper — The Man with the Golden Gun

Продолжение терзания гальянной книжицы.

Golden Trim Size

30ml Galliano L’Autentico
40ml vodka
40ml apple juice
25ml lime juice
15ml almond syrup

fresh apple

Muddle fresh mint, fresh apple and almond syrup. Add the rest of
the ingredients, shake and strain into a long, tall glass with ice
cubes. Served in a long glass, on ice with a garnish of fresh mint,
green apple and star anise.

Сорри фото немного пережарил, так скажем.
А вот результат в самую точку. Летний и вкусный пятибалльный лонг.

Тут песенка моего любимого старикана. Дважды умудрился приехать на старости к нам в городишко. В свои студенческие90-е и мечтать не мог.
Да и денег особо не было тогда )

30ml Galliano L’Autentico
30ml passion fruit liqueur (Passoa)
30ml fresh cream

Вкусненько-десертненько и рекомендовано женщинам любимым.

Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail
(Martini) glass. Shred orange peel on the top of the cocktail.

Немец в кепке. Редко в фаворе.

25ml Galliano
L’Autentico
50ml gin
2 drops Angostura
orange bitters
2 drops Fever-Tree
orange bitters
Lemon twist/discard

Pour the Galliano L’Autentico, gin and bitters into an ice-filled
mixing glass, stir and double strain in a chilled coupe glass.
Finish with the lemon twist/discard.

Спиральку вылавливать не стал. Пущай плавает- и может снова из-за этого результатом недоволен ?

Twelve rounds & Motörhead — Turn You Round Again


Приветствую Всех друзей, снова и снова !

Фред + Гальян + Айла = супер.

Twelve rounds

3/4 oz Ardbeg 10 Year Scotch
3/4 oz Galliano Liqueur
3/4 oz Combier Orange Liqueur (Aurum)
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 barspoon Absinthe (PF)

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. I added a lemon twist garnish to the recipe.

Оччень рекомендовано- дымок+ваниль-чуток аниса-сладость+апельсин= нужно повторить!

И тут супер )

Green Supernova & Winger — Supernova


Доброго вечера, Уважаемые!

Сегодня рецепт из Гальянной (или гальюнной ))) ) книжки. Допиваем, как обычно.

Green Supernova

SONY DSC

20ml Galliano
L’Autentico
5 fresh mint leaves
15ml lime and lemon
grass cordial
50ml gin (Хендрикс)
1 dash of peach bitters

Muddle the mint leaves with the lime and lemon grass cordial in
the shaker, add the Galliano L’Autentico and the gin. Shake and
double strain in a Martini glass. For the garnish, add the green
sugar bowl with two straws and mint leaves.

Отлично! Перебои с лемонграссом не сказались на итоговом качестве коктейля, Весьма рекомендовано!

Тут редкий гость, как и лемонграсс )
