Maiden’s Prayer & Bon Jovi — Livin ‘On A Prayer

Maiden’s Prayer

Glass:Martini
Garnish:Orange zest twist

45 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
30 ml De Kuyper Triple Sec (Аурум)
30 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice (плюс лимона надо мл 5-10 по ощущениям, так как аурум сладковат)

How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
Fresh, zesty orange with a pleasing twang of alcohol.
Origin:
Adapted from a recipe in Harry Craddock’s 1930 ‘Savoy Cocktail Book’.

А зашибись! Супер! Вкус классический, но пропорции удачны.

Yellow Bird & Soundgarden — Bones of Birds

вот такой рецепт с КокДб

1/2 oz Galliano (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 1/2 oz light rum (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 oz triple sec (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 oz fresh lime juice (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

а вот с книжки гальянной.

5ml GallianoL’Autentico
5ml light rum (Бакарди)
5ml triple sec (Аурум)
20ml freshly squeezedlime juice

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a Marie Antoinette coupe.
Garnish with a lime spider.

Не супер, но в принципе в фаворе )

Gentle John Cocktail & Helloween — Perfect Gentleman

Stir in mixing glass with ice & strain
1 3/4 oz Scotch (5 cl, 7/16 gills)
1/2 oz dry vermouth (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1/4 oz Cointreau (6 dashes, 1/16 gills)
1 dash aromatic bitters
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

Классическая пропись с неплохим результатом.

Тут своего рода тоже классики, но не самый лучший вариант.

Gold & Metallica — The Ecstasy of Gold

Блэк лейбл допивал и решил пристроить банану свою )

Диффордс помог.

45 ml Blended Scotch whisky
30 ml Cointreau triple sec
30 ml Crème de banane liqueur
22 ml Chilled water (omit if wet ice) (научен, не добавлял)
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
Sweet, ripe banana, Scotch and a hint of orange.

Мediocre ставит Симон, а я неплохо поставил. Давно бананьев не ел, видать )

Фото снова пережарил, да и спиралька так не смотрится, больше не буду (

Celtic Margarita & Celtic Frost — The Heart Beneath

Продолжим обещанное 10 минут назад (смотрите предыдущий пост, кто не заметил)

Решил оставить отдохнуть истерзанную гальюнную книжицу и обратить взор на Диффордскую кладовку.

Garnish:Salt rim & lemon wedge

60 ml Blended Scotch whisky
30 ml Cointreau triple sec
30 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
A Scotch Margarita — try it, it works.
Origin:
Discovered in 2004 at Milk & Honey, London, England.

Рим и сальт есть. За кадром )
Результат неплохой. Виски-маргаритка.

Супер команда. Очень тащился в бытность свою кассетную )
