1 1/2 oz Cynar
1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz St. Germain
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 inch Celery Stalk

Muddle celery, and add rest of ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice rimmed with celery salt-ginger-honey crystals (*). Garnish with a celery leaf.
(*) Substitute celery salt and sugar mix in a pinch.

Соль только крупновата, поотваливалась. А так очень неплохо. Даже просто вкусно!

Не самая лучшая песенка сия (

Gapple & Blink 182 — Apple Shampoo

Ну вот и вроде бы всё , с гальяно покончено.

30ml Galliano L’Autentico
Sparkling apple juice
Half a lemon
1 tsp sugar

Slice half of lemon in the highball glass and add sugar and muddle everything. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add
Galliano L’Autentico. Stir everything and add crushed ice, top up with sparkling apple juice and cinnamon powder.

вот такой рецепт с КокДб

1/2 oz Galliano (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 1/2 oz light rum (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 oz triple sec (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 oz fresh lime juice (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

а вот с книжки гальянной.

5ml GallianoL’Autentico
5ml light rum (Бакарди)
5ml triple sec (Аурум)
20ml freshly squeezedlime juice

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a Marie Antoinette coupe.
Garnish with a lime spider.

Не супер, но в принципе в фаворе )

15ml GallianoL’Autentico
45ml tequila blanco (Aha Toro)
20ml fresh lime juice
Dash of grapefruit bitters
Teaspoon of dicedfresh ginger

Press the ginger in a Boston glass. Freshly squeeze the lime and add along with the rest of the ingredients into the Boston. Add ice and shake hard and fast. Strain into a rocks glass and add
crushed ice. Garnish with lime zest.

Неплохо, счастливым гальянным обладателям рекомендовано.

Galliajito & Nirvana — Gallons Of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through The Strip


Доброго Всем вечера, Уважаемые!

Изыскано на страницах гальянной книжонки.

25ml GallianoL’Autentico
1 small piece ofginger peeled
2 spoons ofcaster sugar
6 fresh mint leaves
25ml amber rum (Эпплтон)
15ml lime juice
Soda water

For the garnish;2 sprigs of fresh mint
4 fresh ginger sticks

Muddle the gingerpiece, lime juice, mint
and caster sugar in atumbler. Add cracked ice. Pour in the Galliano and rum. Top up with soda water.
Stir gently. Garnish with 2 sprigs of fresh mint and4 sticks of fresh ginger

Супер, но имбиря переборщил. Хлопотно, но результат достойный.
