2 oz Cocchi Americano
1 barspoon Lemon Juice
3 dash Orange Bitters
Build in a rocks glass, add a large ice cube, and stir to chill. Garnish with a pinch of salt.

1-2 dash Jerry Thomas Decanter Bitters
Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

1/3 Rum (1 oz Plantation Barbados 5 Year)
1/6 Lemon Juice (1/2 oz)
1/6 Raspberry Syrup (1/2 oz)
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Kick in the Pants
1/3 Brandy (1 oz Camus VS Cognac)
1/3 Bourbon (1 oz Old Granddad Bonded)

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. I added a lemon twist.

2 oz Peloton de la Muerte Mezcal
1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Shake once without and once with ice, strain into a snifter, and top with ice.
