1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 oz Pierre Ferrand Cognac

1 dash Tabasco Sauce
Shake with ice and strain into a parfait cocktail glass.

Muddle cucumber slices, add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into a rocks glass. Fill with ice and garnish with a cucumber wheel.

3/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Shake with ice, and strain into a Highball glass with ice and 2 oz Champagne (Chandon sparkling wine).
