1 1/2 oz Bourbon (Old Granddad Bonded)
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth (Maurin)
1/2 oz Averna
4 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass rinsed with Herbsaint, and garnish with a lemon twist.
Ingredients
Ice
1 1/2 ounces Pyrat XO Reserve rum or other aged rum
3/4 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 ounce dark agave nectar
1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Dash peach bitters
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum, lime juice, agave, grapefruit juice, and bitters and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
