3/4 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
4 Ice Cubes with Cynar centers
Stir with normal ice cubes and strain into a rocks glass containing 4 Cynar ice cubes.

1/2 oz Apricot Liqueur (Rothman & Winter)
1/4 oz Strega
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with an orange twist.
