1 1/2 oz Bourbon (Evan Williams Bonded)
1 oz Campari
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth (Cocchi)

Stir with ice, add 1 bsp (1/8 oz) Green Chartreuse to a cocktail coupe, and ignite the liqueur. After several seconds, strain into the coupe to extinguish the flame, and garnish with a flamed orange twist (expressed into the burning Chartreuse).

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.

1 tsp Campari
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup

Shake with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass with a large ice cube, and float 1 tsp Hamilton’s Jamaican Pot Still Gold Rum (Smith & Cross).

Stir with ice and strain into a glass. I served it in an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube and a lemon twist.

1/2 oz Averna
1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1 dash 18.21 Earl Grey Bitters (*)

Build in double old fashioned glass, add ice, and stir. Garnish with a spritz of 18.21 Earl Grey Bitters.
