1/2 Scotch (1 1/2 oz Famous Grouse + 1 bsp Caol Ila 12) ( Пултеней и Каол)
1/4 Lillet (3/4 oz Cocchi Americano)
1/4 Sweet Vermouth (3/4 oz Cocchi Vermouth) (Мартеллетти)
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. I added an orange twist to complement the Lillet and vermouth.

1 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac (Мейков)
3/4 oz Cynar
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
2 dash Regan’s Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Twist a lemon peel over the top and discard.
Сложный вкус для меня, но понравился, можно повторить, горечь и сладость в сумме.

Garnish:Lime wedge
45 ml Ketel One Vodka
30 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
75 ml Cranberry juice
45 ml Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
Comment:
A sweet, fruity Seabreeze.

Закончились коктейли из автоподачи, запланированной перед отпуском, но в черновиках ещё 76 штук , так скажем, употреблённого , но не оформленного.
Вирджин и допивание какавы.
3/4 oz Ardbeg 10 Year Scotch
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Crème de Cacao (Giffard)
3/4 oz Cointreau (Aurum)
2 dash Kübler Absinthe (<1/4 oz) (Xenta)
Shake with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry (Luxardo Maraschino). One description of the drink I found online stated that the absinthe was added as a rinse instead of in the mixing glass.

Garnish:Lemon zest twist (discarded)
15 ml La Fee Parisienne Superieure
45 ml Gentleman Jack Whiskey
45 ml Drambuie
3 dash Peychaud’s aromatic bitters
3 dash Angostura Bitters
How to make:
POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass, TOP with water and leave to stand. Separately STIR bourbon, cognac, sugar and bitters with ice. DISCARD contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice) and STRAIN contents of shaker into absinthe-coated glass.
Comment:
A riff on the classic Sazerac.
