Devil»s Share Cocktail

Glass:Old-fashioned
Garnish:Orange zest twist

2 slice Fresh root ginger (thumbnail sized)
60 ml Maker’s Mark bourbon
22 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
30 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 ml Maple syrup

praiseworthy
How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
Comment:
Ginger, bourbon and lemon makes for a spicy and tasty little devil.
Origin:
Created in 2006 by Pete Kendall at Match Bar, London, England.

Бурбон и имбирь с кислинкой = супер! Очень рекомендовано!

Maiden’s Prayer & Bon Jovi — Livin ‘On A Prayer

Диффордс и Аурум.

Maiden’s Prayer

Glass:Martini
Garnish:Orange zest twist

45 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
30 ml De Kuyper Triple Sec (Аурум)
30 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice (плюс лимона надо мл 5-10 по ощущениям, так как аурум сладковат)

How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
Fresh, zesty orange with a pleasing twang of alcohol.
Origin:
Adapted from a recipe in Harry Craddock’s 1930 ‘Savoy Cocktail Book’.

А зашибись! Супер! Вкус классический, но пропорции удачны.

И клипец тоже известный и заслуженный.

Лето


Всем привет.
Интернета по трассе нет совсем.
Благополучно добрались вчера до Краснодара. Заехали в гости к Славе по пути. Всем привет от него и от Саши.
Я думал, что пива много, но я ошибался. Сильно ошибался…

Терзаем бурбон и Диффордса.

Garnish:Maraschino cherry

60 ml Maker’s Mark bourbon
8 ml Luxardo maraschino liqueur
22 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
15 ml Sugar syrup (1 water : 2 sugar)

How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
A bourbon sour with a touch of maraschino adding an almondy cherry note.

Created by Carl Wrangel at the Oak Room, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Ward Eight & Alice Cooper — I’m Eighteen

Как то раз сока накопилось много, вот и подобрал состав.

68 ml Maker’s Mark bourbon
22 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
22 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
8 ml Pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
15 ml Chilled water

praiseworthy
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
This is a spirited, sweet and sour combination — like most politicians.
Origin:
Ward Eight was a voting district of Boston and famed for its political corruption. This drink was first served by Tom Hussion in November 1898 at Boston’s Locke-Ober Café, in honour of Martin Lomasney, who owned the café and was running for election in Ward Eight.
