Glass:Martini
Garnish:Lime wedge
60 ml Blended Scotch whisky
8 ml Dark crème de cacao liqueur
8 ml White crème de cacao liqueur
15 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
8 ml Sugar syrup (1 water : 2 sugar)
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
Scotch soured with lime (works better than lemon) and sweetened with a touch of chocolate liqueur.
Origin:
Created in January 2011 by Simon Difford at the Cabinet Room, London, England after mistakenly taking a bottle of Scotch from the speed well to make a Mulata Daiquiri. It proved a tasty mistake.
