60 ml Warre’s Otima tawny port
8 ml Maple syrup

Method:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
Dry yet rich. Port combines wonderfully with the maple syrup and is further fortified by the grainy vodka.
