1/2 teaspoon absinthe
3 dashes peach bitters
3 ounces brandy
Garnish: Lemon twist
Coat a chilled old fashioned glass with Pernod, then add the peach bitters, and brandy.

Если соблюдать пропорции то чересчур крепковато. Не моё это.

Тут нудновато, но в фаворе.
