Pre Siesta

60 ml Tequila (100% agave) (reposado)
15 ml Aperol Aperitivo
22 ml Cointreau triple sec
3 dash Orange bitters

Method:
SHAKE all ingredients and fine strain into chilled glass.
Comment:
Orange liqueurs and bitters flavour this tequila-based, salmon-pink, dry and hard cocktail.

Created in 2007 by Little Rich Hunt at Mahiki, London, England.
