1 oz Gin (1 1/2 oz Beefeater)
1/2 oz French Vermouth (1 oz Noilly Prat Dry)
1/2 tsp Cointreau (1/4 oz)
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice (1/4 oz)
2 dash Kirschwasser (1 bsp Trimbach Kirsch)

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass; I added a lemon twist.

1 dash Abbott’s Bitters (Tempus Fugit’s recreation)

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass; I added a cherry garnish here.

1 oz Rye Whiskey (Rittenhouse Bonded)
1/2 oz Maple 2:1 Syrup
2 dash Orange Bitters (Angostura Orange)

Stir with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with ice, and garnish with an orange twist.
