1 dash Orgeat (1/4 oz)
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass; I added an orange twist.

1/3 French Vermouth (1 oz Dolin Blanc)
1 dash Orange Bitters (2 dash Angostura Orange)

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a dash absinthe (8 drop St. George).

1/2 jigger Brandy (3/4 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac)
1/2 jigger Apricot Brandy (1/2 oz Rothman & Winter Liqueur)
Juice 1/4 Lemon (1/2 oz)
(1 bsp Simple Syrup added for balance)

Shake with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with cracked ice (coupe with no ice), and garnish with a lemon twist.

1/2 oz Strega (*)
1/2 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth (Cocchi)
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a mint leaf and 3 drops of Fee Brothers’ Whiskey Barrel Bitters.
(*) Recipe has been made with Yellow Chartreuse as well.
